Libyan officials said they would not undergo an autopsy on the body of the former leader Muammar Gaddafi, who was killed Thursday afternoon near his hometown of Sirte, an official of the NTC said. "No autopsy will be performed on the body of Muammar Gaddafi, neither now nor another day," he told reporters.

Algeria has condemned the abduction of three European nationals, two Spaniards and an Italian, in the Sahrawi refugee camp, near Tindouf, said Sunday Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. "I confirm the information and of course we condemn with the utmost force this criminal act. Although it seems to be the work of a terrorist group, for the moment, I prefer to reserve my comment until the confirmation of the information elements of the kidnappers and their motivations," said the spokesman of the ministry, Amar Belani, in a written statement to the French press agency.

Saharawi ambassador in Algiers, Brahim Ghali, accused Sunday AQIM (Al-Qaeda in Islamic Maghreb) of kidnapping Saturday three European, two Spaniards and an Italian near the Saharawi refugee camp.  "I accuse directly Al Qaeda in Islamic Maghreb of being behind the kidnapping of three foreign nationals," he told reporters.

CHAHEED El Hafed (Saharawi refugees camps) - The Saharawi president, Mohamed Abdelaziz, called Sunday, in a letter to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, the international community to condemn the three European Volunteers kidnapping by terrorists, on the night from Saturday to Sunday in a Sahrawi refugee camp, near Tindouf. "We ask the international community to hasten the condemnation of this cowardly attack, to show solidarity, help and support to people of Western Sahara and the Polisario Front to face such a terrorist act," wrote Mr. Abdelaziz in its letter reported by the Sahrawi news agency SPS.

Two Spaniards, Italian kidnapped from Algeria camp

Two Spaniards and an Italian working at a saharawi refugee camp in Western Algeria were kidnapped early Sunday, Spain's foreign ministry said. The three were kidnapped in the Rabuni camp, near Tindouf inhabited by refugees from Western Sahara, the former spanish colony occupied by Morocco since 1975.

Bahrain is added to a list of countries such as Cˆote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Libya, and Sri Lanka that may only be provided International Military Education and Training (IMET) through notification procedures of the Committees on Appropriations.
