In Tunisia, the investigative program "Blacklist", citing a source who requested anonymity, spoke about Morocco's direct involvement in the terrorist operations including that of Rouhia, the Bardo Museum and Sousse hotel. However, France which has just experienced one of the bloodiest bombings that Europe has ever experienced, the French press remains loyal to its old habit of protection and complicity with the Cherifian kingdom. Indeed, it seems that the French are trying by all means to avoid saying that the killers who committed this massacre are all of Moroccan origin and that the Molenbeek neighborhood in Brussels witnesses the largest concentration of the Moroccan community. I thank the Permanent Mission of the United States for having prepared the draft of resolution 2218 (2015), concerning Western Sahara. France voted in favour of the resolution, which it also sponsored, as it appropriately addresses the whole host of aspects pertaining to the question of Western Sahara. It provides the necessary impetus to the political process. It renews for a year the mandate of the United Nations Mission for the Referendum in Western Sahara (MINURSO). And, lastly, it refers to the human dimension of the situation in the territory. This resolution, which we adopted unanimously, provides the necessary momentum to the political situation. El Aaiún, 14 February 2014 Mohamed Lamin Haidala is a Saharawi. Born in 1994, he lived with his mother in the home of his grandparents in El Aaiún, in the occupied territories of Western Sahara. He died on 8 February 2015, a week after being attacked by 5 Moroccans and then held injured in police custody at the Moroccan police prefecture in occupied El Aaiún. His family is now under Moroccan police surveillance and forbidden to receive the visit of journalists. Those who tried to visit the family, on the evening of February 12, were greeted by stone throwing and beaten with batons and had to flee. According to several witnesses, on the evening of 30 January, Raja Haddi, aged 21, Mohamed Lamin’s aunt was sexually harassed on the street by Abdelwahab Kakaoui. The document was issued on June 19th, 2014.
